Rehabilitation and Conservation

One of FL's main missions is the rehabilitation and conservation of buildings and their sustainability, restoring their history, original traits and giving them new life.

Preserving an existing building brings several benefits from reducing costs (tax, construction, etc.), to preserving historical heritage, bringing the population to urban centres and environmental protection (using traditional and natural materials).

The restoration of buildings implies transforming their interior and exterior into what they were on a specific date or period of history. In most restorations, modern living conditions are maintained, although there are specific cases where they are eliminated.

The rehabilitation of buildings entails making them useful and functional for the contemporary lifestyle while preserving their historical and architectural features.
